Courses are confirmed subject to a minimum of 4 participants.
To allow time for any last-minute bookings to complete the group, we wait until the day before the course starts to ensure that the minimum number of participants has been reached.
If fewer than 4 participants are registered by that time, the course cannot go ahead.
Should this happen, we will contact you the day before the course starts to offer an alternative solution or, where applicable, cancel your booking for these lessons and issue a full refund for them.
