Our private lessons
Courses are confirmed subject to a minimum of 4 participants.
To allow time for any last-minute bookings to complete the group, we wait until the day before the course starts to ensure that the minimum number of participants has been reached.

If fewer than 4 participants are registered by that time, the course cannot go ahead.

Should this happen, we will contact you
the day before the course starts to offer an alternative solution or, where applicable, cancel your booking for these lessons and issue a full refund for them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the ski pass included in the course fee?
No, the ski pass is not included in the course fee and is required to access the ski lifts. Please make sure you have one before your lessons begin.

Is insurance included in the course fee?
  • No, participants are not insured by esf.
  • We recommend taking out Snowrisk-style insurance, which is available at the ski lift ticket offices.

In which languages are group lessons available?
Group lessons are available in French and English.
Do I need to inform you if my child has a medical condition, disability or special needs?
Yes, please let us know via the contact form of about any medical conditions, disabilities, mobility issues, learning difficulties or other special needs, so we can arrange appropriate support for your child.
How do I book group lessons, and until when can I do so?
  • We strongly advise booking your group classes in advance.
  • Online booking is available up to 3 days before the start of the lessons, subject to availability.
  • For any last-minute enquiries, please visit one of our esf offices in person.
  • Please note that bookings cannot be made by phone.
What should I do if I can’t find any available classes?
Please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible so that we can work together to find a solution.
We strongly advise against booking a higher or lower level, as we will not be able to accommodate your child.
What equipment do I need for the Freestyle class?
Please bring the following equipment:
  • Helmet compulsory,
  • Back protector,
  • Ski boots,
  • Poles,
  • A pair of twin-tip skis.
What if the minimum number of participants isn’t reached?
If the minimum number of participants (4 participants) is not reached, the course may be postponed or cancelled.
